Job Description Summary

The role of Finance & Efficiency Senior Manager involves working closely with the Customer Services leadership team to support financial insights, opportunities, and transformation initiatives. The position is based in Bristol, Leeds, or Edinburgh, with a 35-hour full-time schedule and a hybrid working pattern requiring at least two days per week at the hub.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing a network within CS to understand financial operations
• Providing financial insights and advice to leadership
• Supporting the CS transformation with a financial perspective
• Identifying and driving financial and customer improvement opportunities
• Developing and managing the benefits roadmap for CS initiatives

About you:
