The post holder will provide support related to the management and investigation of Patient Safety Incident Investigations (PSIIs), incident reporting, risk registers, clinical audit plans, and clinical effectiveness activities. The post-holder will collaborate closely with the Quality Governance teams (patient safety, audit & effectiveness, etc.) and serve as a link between the Trust Management Directorate and the Service Line.
