Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.

You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others.

We support individuals of all ages, in the community and their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges. You’ll be making a real difference in your clients’ lives while developing your skills and knowledge.

What you’ll need

No prior complex care experience is required, as full training and ongoing clinical support will be provided to help you develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
