Job Title: Client Money Compliance Advisor, Birmingham
We have a great opportunity for a Client Money Compliance Advisor to join our Finance department within the Client Money Compliance team.
The team is responsible for managing the firm's client money balances. You will conduct client matter reviews to ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and adherence to firm policies and procedures. You will also identify and prevent breaches, potential breaches, and risks to the firm.
We seek someone with legal industry experience and a solid understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, VAT, and Legal Cashiering. The ability to influence, guide, and advise stakeholders effectively, communicate clearly, and foster positive relationships is essential. Strong teamwork skills, workload management, and an adaptable attitude are also important.
