Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Compliance Advisor working for a housing provider in Kidderminster.

This is a permanent position with a salary of GBP 38,954, plus benefits, focusing on electrical and lift maintenance services.

Position Overview

The role involves the effective management of Electrical Safety & Lift Safety in accordance with regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance of management controls, thereby reducing residual risks to customers, employees, and third parties. Additionally, this role includes managing smaller compliance areas such as:

1. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
2. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points
3. Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems

Ideally, candidates will have experience working within a housing provider or a main contractor and possess knowledge of building compliance standards and requirements.
