Join our team as a Site Security Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. We seek a dedicated security professional committed to fostering a safe environment. Your responsibilities will include enhancing security protocols and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance.

What do the role entail?

1. Promote and manage security objectives to ensure site security and protection of assets and staff.
2. Ensure compliance with all security policies, processes, and procedures.
3. Work with internal and external stakeholders and operational teams to optimize security performance and meet KPIs.
4. Coordinate responses to incident reports related to stock anomalies and losses.
5. Gather security intelligence and implement measures to prevent stock loss.

What do we need from you?

• Basic knowledge of security concepts and tools (such as Logics and Incident Management) is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in conducting security investigations from start to finish.
• Proven experience in data-driven loss prevention investigations.
• Stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
