The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Director for our Conventional Power Generation business to join our senior leadership team. The role involves overseeing a team of Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery and developing the business in the region. The Project Director will manage medium to large EPC projects across the UK, Spain, Germany, and the Middle East, with plans for expansion throughout the EMEA region.
This role is pivotal in guiding clients into future energy solutions and securing new business to grow our power generation portfolio, including Gas, Waste-to-Energy, and Nuclear projects. Black & Veatch is a global leader in combustion turbine technologies, including fast-response, simple cycle, baseload, combined cycle, co-generation, and CHP.
The position is preferably based in the UK at Glasgow or London, with regular travel to international offices and project sites. Candidates with significant experience in Spain, Germany, or the UAE will also be considered.
