Job Description:

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our client in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.

The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

This firm is a well-regarded firm, with a genuine feel and great workplace. They have a very nice culture. They're flexible with hybrid working, there is excellent routes to progress and be a big part of the team.
