They work with globally recognized brands such as Nike, LEGO, Spin Master, and Orkla, providing them with deep cultural insights and innovative strategies to engage kids, teens, and young adults.

They said

Our ethos is rooted in giving kids a voice and understanding their world on their terms. We believe in building a global community that amplifies the perspectives of young people, helping brands create meaningful and authentic connections with this influential audience.

At the heart of our work is our first–party data, gathered directly from our global community of kids, teens, and young adults. This data allows us to uncover authentic insights and stay ahead of cultural trends.

What you'll do:

  1. Be the expert in child/youth research.
  2. Conduct mixed methods research, with a focus on quantitative research.
  3. Lead and manage research and insight projects for clients.
  4. Identify the client's research objectives and translate them into research design and methodologies that are adapted to get the best from children and youth.
  5. Lead the delivery of research and insight projects from proposal to debrief and lead client presentations.
  6. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful consumer insights and frame these in a compelling way.
  7. Prioritise and manage project workloads and competing demands.
  8. Provide project leadership on research engagements managed by more junior team members to ensure on–time and high–quality delivery internally and to external clients.

What we're looking for:

  1. 4–5 years of experience in market research, preferably agency side.
  2. At least 1 year of experience working in the child/youth space or multiple projects in this space.
  3. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Ability to tell a detailed, multi–layered, and impactful story through research, focusing on the 'so–what' for clients, prioritizing the voice of the child/youth.
  6. Confidence and experience in presenting actionable insights to clients in a dynamic and engaging way with clarity.
  7. Experience with consumer research and uncovering insights in the child/youth space.
  8. Experience in preparing written reports, with the ability to make sense of large amounts of unstructured content (words, video, images), summarising findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  9. Attention to detail, with pride in delivering excellent work that exceeds client expectations.
  10. Self–motivation, resourcefulness, and a growth mindset.
  11. Ability to motivate others, leading by example as well as coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  12. A passion for your work and a personal desire to progress in a fast–paced, energetic agency environment.

  • 28 pro–rata annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Pension Contribution
