Implementation Project Manager

LOCATION: Gloucester, UK

HYBRID MODEL: 3 days a week in the office

FULL TIME, PERMANENT ROLE

Our dynamic IR Project Management Team is seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Project Manager (internal title – Onboarding Specialist) to join us in delivering top-notch support and services to our valued clients. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on all Notified products, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique Investor Relations needs. You will provide consultative service and oversee the seamless technical implementation of our products.

As a crucial member of the team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Additionally, you will showcase our organization's capabilities to clients, identify new sales opportunities, and collaborate with account managers and sales teams to drive business growth.

Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Client Liaison: Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering exceptional consultative support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Tailored Implementation: Customize and implement our products (IR websites) to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Manage, prioritize, and participate in activities related to completing assigned projects or tasks efficiently.
  • Transparent Communication: Keep clients informed about development timelines, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and up to standards.
  • Status Reporting: Provide management with detailed status reports on project progress and timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee high-quality and timely service delivery to our clients.
  • Client Education: Educate and train clients on product features, enhancements, and industry best practices throughout their customer lifecycle.
  • Issue Management: Handle technical and program issues efficiently to maintain operational excellence and ensure quick resolutions.
  • Client Satisfaction: Consistently exceed client expectations by thoroughly evaluating requests and providing mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Quality Service: Identify obstacles to delivering top-tier customer service and communicate them to management with actionable feedback.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on changes in the investor relations and public relations space to maintain relevant and informed service.

What You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in communications, marketing or business administration required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience required or equivalent
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal required.
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS environment is very beneficial.
  • Strong Computer Skills (HTML and Photoshop – very beneficial!).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented & ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a positive attitude & diligent work ethic.
