Marketing Strategist

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Overview:

As a Full-Time Marketing Strategist within the Community and Employee Engagement group, you will manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment to promote programs and events. Your responsibilities include researching, conceptualizing, and organizing creative marketing campaigns aligned with business goals for internal and external audiences. After onboarding and training, a flexible schedule may be offered based on performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to boost company presence and employee participation.
  2. Organize and participate in events promoting community and employee engagement.
  3. Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  4. Research and develop marketing strategies supporting community initiatives.
  5. Create engaging multimedia content to share community stories, prioritizing projects effectively.
  6. Maintain consistent brand messaging across internal and external channels.
  7. Manage and schedule communications across multiple platforms.
  8. Work with team members on data analysis and research, including tracking KPIs.
  9. Present marketing strategies and results confidently to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  5. Knowledge of print and electronic media concepts.
  6. Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and highly organized.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Willingness to learn and adopt new programs.
  9. Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork.
  10. Ability to pass a drug screening (applicable in certain locations).
Preferred Qualifications:

Engagement in community activities demonstrating a commitment to community involvement.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $52,800 to $56,000, plus potential bonuses and commissions.
