Customer Supply Planning Manager

Brakes has an opportunity for a Customer Supply Planning Manager to join the Product Supply team on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting customer and business supply chain planning, gathering demand insights, and managing customer-driven changes within the network. Building collaborative relationships with key customers to gather demand intelligence that ensures optimal service and minimal risk is essential.

You will play a key role in implementing tactical plans aligned with our growth strategy, bringing expertise to ensure effective delivery while managing costs and fostering an inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to forecast demand for key events and communicate impacts across the supply chain.
• Gather and support communication of supply changes, managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Identify and track wastage risks for bespoke products, ensuring timely actions to prevent waste.
• Ensure timely clearance of bespoke product discontinuations from the supply chain.
• Build relationships with sales teams to gather insights on sales-driven changes and provide feedback.
• Maintain alignment with Brakes values, ensuring effective communication and change management.
• Capture and communicate change activities at least four weeks in advance, ensuring proper resource allocation.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have experience in supply chain roles within FMCG, retail, or foodservice sectors, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
