Job title: Graduate Naval Ships Project Manager

Location: Broad Oak (Hampshire)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking responsibility for delivering on customer commitments on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Controlling budgets and expenditure, reporting, decision-making, and governance of project changes.
• Managing project progress, identifying emerging issues and trends, fulfilling contractual requirements, and interfacing with customers.
• Reviewing performance, analyzing risks, and informing decision-making to optimize project success.
• Receiving support to develop a broad range of skills and business experience for success in this field.

The Naval Ships team: We design and build offshore patrol vessels, large aircraft carriers, and provide complex warships including the Type 26 Frigate to the Royal Navy, enabling global operations.
