It is seeking an experienced and highly motivated ConveyancingSolicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experiencein handling distressed properties and sales by insolvency officeholders and property receivers, although this is preferred but notessential. • Advising clients on all aspects ofconveyancing.
• Handling complex and high-value propertytransactions, including drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
• Representing clients in negotiations and providing expertsupport in property-related disputes.
• Building andmaintaining strong client relationships through effectivecommunication and exceptional service.
• Conducting legalresearch and staying up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
• Actively engaging across a diverse array of property sectors,including developments, hotels, residential properties, mixed-useproperties, apartment blocks, buy-to-let portfolios, freeholdinvestments.
• Collaborating with other departments to providecomprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Managing a diversecaseload and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Conveyancing Solicitor Qualifications andSkills:

• Qualified solicitor withexperience in conveyancing law.
• Experience in handlingdistressed properties and sales by insolvency office holders andproperty receivers is preferred but not essential.
