Real Estate Finance is a specialist team responsible for relationships involving Commercial Real Estate investors and developers. Our strategy of ‘by Professionals, to Professionals’ means our customer portfolios consist of professional operators and market leaders in their sectors.
Real Estate is a key market for the UK economy and a significant contributor to UK Commercial Banking. Housing has been identified as an important growth area to support HSBC’s net zero execution plan (NZEP). The Real Estate Finance (REF) business offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate to play a key role in this core sector.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join as a Relationship Director, providing dedicated relationship management to a portfolio of clients, with accountability for sales, service, risk, and operational delivery.
This is a hybrid role based in Manchester or Birmingham, requiring 3 days in the office or visiting clients, with travel as needed for meetings.
