Carmichael UK is recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Foreman to join a tier 1 client on the Devonport Docks in Plymouth,
Role Overview:
As the Night Shift Foreman, you will report to the Works Superintendent and ensure the works under your control are executed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Your leadership will drive team performance and adherence to project objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations among all project team areas.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, ensuring training and performance reviews.
- Manage labour, plant, and materials effectively.
- Maintain quality standards to deliver work right the first time.
- Assist the engineering team with method statements and program outputs.
- Keep accurate records of inspections and works permits.

Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant CSCS Card.
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision.

This role involves working 12-hour shifts on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule, with competitive pay rates: x1.33 for weekday nights, x1.5 for Saturdays, and 2x for Sundays.
