A dynamic SME digital business is seeking an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to manage ER casework and develop HR advisors. This hybrid role requires a CIPD qualification and experience in a fast-paced environment. The contract is expected to last 6 months.

As Interim Senior HR BP, you will support the Head of People with managing a variety of ER casework including sickness and underperformance. You will also be responsible for training and upskilling the HR advisors as well as managing TUPE, role mapping, and engagement surveys.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating within a fast-paced SME business, managing complex ER casework, and upskilling junior team members. It is essential to have a generalist HR background, be able to influence and engage at a senior level, and be available to start on short notice. The role is expected to last for 6 months and will be in a hybrid working environment.
