Job Description:

Role: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

Shift Details: Covering full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Flexible shifts available, including part-time and full-time options.

Additional Perks: Free bus service on routes 21 and 460.

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals with a passion for coffee. Experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. You will be part of a team that creates a welcoming atmosphere and delivers high-quality coffee and service.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Assisting with light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a café or as a barista is a plus but not mandatory
