Job Description:

Position: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you! We offer a free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460 routes.

Ideal candidates will have great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee—you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café (training available for the right candidate)
• A passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and positive attitude, even during busy times
• Flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes
