We’re working with an end client seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud OTL Consultant to join their global Oracle HCM implementation programme. This role will focus on Time & Labour configuration and rollout across multiple geographies.

Key Skills Required

Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OTL

Strong background in HCM implementation, testing, and support

Multi-country rollout experience highly desirable

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience integrating OTL with downstream modules and systems

Core Responsibilities

? Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud OTL

? Liaise with technical teams to support system integration

? Produce and manage comprehensive documentation
