We’re working with an end client seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud OTL Consultant to join their global Oracle HCM implementation programme. This role will focus on Time & Labour configuration and rollout across multiple geographies.

Key Skills Required

Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OTL

Strong background in HCM implementation, testing, and support

Multi-country rollout experience highly desirable

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience integrating OTL with downstream modules and systems

Core Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud OTL

Conduct in-depth requirement gathering and analysis

Liaise with technical teams to support system integration

Produce and manage comprehensive documentation

Oversee and guide multiple workstreams across the implementation
