Subsea7 is seeking an L&D Administrator for a six-month contract in Glasgow. This role involves coordinating learning and development programmes for the offshore workforce, managing digital learning initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Ideal candidates will possess strong IT skills and a passion for facilitating learning experiences.
Introduction
The Learning & Development (L&D) team within our Offshore Delivery business unit manage the creation and delivery of the L&D plan for our offshore workforce. They provide our offshore community with varied opportunities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills.
The team have a current opportunity for an L&D Administrator to join them on an initial six-month contract basis.
The role will be based in Subsea7’s Old Kilpatrick office working alongside the L&D Lead for this business area. Some travel may be required to attend planned events at our Aberdeen office, or other locations.

What will you be doing?
As L&D Administrator you will administer and co-ordinator activities around the Subsea7 development programmes, including digital learning initiatives for our global offshore crew. Specifically, virtual programme delivery, ensuring the programmes are planned and delivered effectively and efficiently.
Other focus areas will include collation and reporting of data, in support of learning and development activities.
