FD role with a high growth Renewable Energy Developer

Your new company

A private, high growth Renewable developer is looking to hire a Group FD to drive long-term process improvement in a continually growing organisation. The role involves managing a team in London as the business expands in the UK and across Europe.

Your new role

You will be part of an impressive senior team, working in a dynamic environment where alignment to company development is key, and you can influence a growing team.

Core duties will include:

1. Owning the delivery and development of the finance function
2. Managing a team, reporting to the Group CFO based in London
3. Preparing and executing strategic growth initiatives, including presentations and working capital reports
4. Board reporting
5. Full ownership of half and full year audits
6. Maintaining liaison with finance and operations teams across regions
7. Financial planning and analysis

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified finance professional, ideally from a high-growth business, with demonstrable experience leading and developing a regional finance team, including FP&A and reporting.
