Senior Contracts Manager

My client is a leading brand that facilitates regeneration development and residential construction across the UK, now looking for a proven Senior Contracts Manager to work on multiple schemes along the M3 Corridor.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Timber Frame construction and experience of multi-scheme delivery, but either/or would still be highly desirable if from a slightly different background.

With my client's reputation and their work-winning abilities, they already have 1000 homes secured for 2026. Once proven, career progression to Head of Construction and the Number 2 to the Regional Director is available.
