KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Management of energy sales (Power Purchase Agreements) with off-takers and UK government incentive schemes (e.g., ROC / FIT).
  • Contract management including renewals, tendering, issuing notices, and obligations related to solar farm companies (SPA, Lease, PPA, O&M, EPC) and understanding lender requirements.
  • Supporting regulatory audits.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with ESG and community relations obligations.
  • Managing land lease agreements and relationships with landlords.
  • Developing and maintaining data on the company’s in-house asset management platform (AMP).
  • Asset onboarding.
  • Ad hoc domestic travel within the UK, as required.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

To succeed, you should demonstrate:

  • Time management & prioritization skills — managing workload effectively amid a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English or other European languages, with clarity and engagement in both written and verbal communication.
  • Flexibility — being adaptable and open to new responsibilities.
  • Intellectual curiosity — a genuine interest in the field and a desire to bring new ideas.
  • IT literacy — comfortable with IT systems and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Delivery focus — proactive and efficient in producing quality results.

  • Alignment with our values: leadership, trust, responsibility, innovation, and bringing your best.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy, preferably solar.
  • Right to work in the UK.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • A dynamic role within a supportive team, with learning opportunities.
  • International presence across over 8 countries.
  • Hybrid working model: in-office in London at least twice a week, with remote work the rest of the time.
  • 30 days of vacation.
