Salary: £104,992 - £146,650 pa (dependent on location) plus benefits

Location: Bristol or London

Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office

The Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) platform is at the forefront of transforming customer experiences, delivering tailored interactions and communications across digital and physical touchpoints. By harnessing AI, analytics, and customer insights, we aim to ensure every customer message and experience is personalized, relevant, and seamless.

We’re searching for a visionary and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Martech & content ecosystems to lead our new lab. Your expertise in establishing connected content systems will ensure our brands are consistently and beautifully reflected across all channels. Alongside the Lab Engineering Lead, you will place the customer at the heart of our operations, driving innovation within our content and marketing functions.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Lead the Marketing & Experience Systems Lab alongside the Lab Engineering lead with a two-in-a-box leadership model
  • Define a customer-centric product vision & strategy for our marketing and experience systems to enhance experience-led brands through a connected multi-channel content ecosystem
  • Transform our content supply chain into an intelligent, AI-powered ecosystem that meets regulatory, ethical, and brand standards, evolving based on engagement and insights
  • Support the delivery of lab and platform-level OKRs with performance metrics and benefits realization data
  • Foster a collaborative culture, empowering teams with ownership of outcomes and encouraging innovation
  • Develop, own, and communicate the product roadmap, coordinating governance to serve internal and customer needs
  • Build effective links across the Group to understand diverse marketing and content needs, delivering customer value

About you
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally within marketing and/or content domains, with a track record of improving customer experience and efficiency
  • Robust understanding of content & marketing landscape, market trends, and user needs, with ability to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills to inspire and empower teams
  • Experience with content management tools like Adobe AEM, Adobe Workfront, and Figma
  • Strategic vision and tenacity to own product strategy and foster continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills to develop compelling value narratives based on industry benchmarks
  • Creative thinking to develop engaging stories for target audiences
  • Experience adding value in diverse environments, applying business and marketplace knowledge
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and secure buy-in from C-level executives
