£104,992 - £146,650pa (dependant on location) plus benefits.

Hours & Working Pattern

Full time, hybrid, with 40% (or two days) in an office.

About the role

Lead our new lab for the Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) platform, focusing on transforming customer interactions through AI, analytics, and customer insights. Your responsibilities include defining product vision, transforming content supply chain, developing OKRs, fostering collaboration, and building relationships across the Group.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in marketing/content ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of content & marketing trends, user needs, and omnichannel experiences.
• Leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with content management tools like Adobe AEM, Adobe Workfront, Figma.
• Strategic vision, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
