Accuracy and care define this role. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily dispensary activities. You’ll be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
Guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll play an influential role in growing our business.
You will help ensure the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business and lead the daily dispensary activities.
We offer an exciting career opportunity to continue your professional and pharmacy journey. You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent), and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
We value genuine passion for customer care, leadership in the dispensary team, and the ability to implement pharmacy strategies with your team.
Completion of a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent is required to work within our dispensaries.
You may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we provide training and support for this. Developing your healthcare knowledge through these qualifications will be reflected in your pay and benefits.
