The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as a Sales Consultant in our Cannock store. This is a part-time opportunity, working 12 hours per week.
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will manage the customer journey from start to finish, including offering sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Additionally, you will assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive, can-do attitude. A high standard of personal grooming, a passion for luxury, and alignment with our brand values are essential. You should work well in a team, be motivated to achieve store and personal KPIs, and have flexibility in your working arrangements to meet business needs.
