What is the job role?

The Multiskilled Apprentice will work alongside our team to learn the skills and knowledge required to attain the necessary qualifications to work as an accredited Multiskilled Engineer.

The role involves assisting and learning in the following areas:

• Door, window, lock, stair rail/parts installation and repairs
• Pitched and flat roofs tiled, felt, slate and flashings
• Plastering and floor screeding
• Fire door & ironmongery inspection and repairs
• General bricklaying, walls, steps, ramp, adaptation works
• Internal/external decorating, all wall coverings, and textured finishes
• Disabled aid repair & servicing
• Portable and fixed fire appliance inspection, service & repair

You will be supported to undertake a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship standard. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 24 months. For further information about this apprenticeship, please visit our website.
