Client

We are recruiting for a Knowledge Development/PSL Lawyer for a leading global firm’s Dispute Resolution team, focusing on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency.

The role

You will join a top-tier Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, supporting a renowned corporate restructuring and insolvency team. The team represents multinational companies, governments, regulatory bodies, and high net worth individuals in complex, high-value disputes. They also work with insolvency practitioners, lenders, and financial institutions. While most work is UK-based, there is a significant international component.

You will support the Litigation and Dispute Resolution division, focusing on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency. Reporting to the Knowledge Lead, you will collaborate with the Knowledge Partner and division members to develop knowledge initiatives, facilitate know-how meetings, and contribute to training programs.

Your responsibilities include drafting and updating precedents and knowledge resources, managing the firm’s intranet and bulletins, delivering training, assisting fee-earners with technical queries, and enhancing the team’s technological capabilities.

You will lead strategic campaigns and develop the firm’s alternative funding offerings for clients.

Candidate

Applicants should have contentious experience supporting both general contentious work and corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. A minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial disputes is required. Experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency is preferred. Prior experience as a Knowledge or PSL lawyer is advantageous.
