Job description

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should ideally be experienced craftsmen with ONC/HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering, possessing in-depth Semiconductor Equipment Repair and Maintenance and/or Process Engineering experience in areas such as:

• Ion Implantation
• Diffusion / CVD Furnaces
• Wet Etch, Dry (Plasma) Etch
• Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD)
• Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) / Sputtering Systems
• Photolithography, Chemical Mechanical Polish (CMP)
• Rapid Thermal Processing and Metrology (SEM, XRF, Film Thickness Measurement)

The candidate should demonstrate experience at a customer site in:

1. Evaluating, analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting technical equipment problems
2. Repairing and modifying equipment
3. Assessing equipment to determine the type and extent of issues
4. Repairing system-level issues based on technical knowledge, education, and training
5. Preparing field service reports and supporting documentation on recurring issues
6. Cross-training and assisting other field service engineers as appropriate
7. Working independently, with occasional guidance from management
8. Contributing to knowledge sharing and improvement using available systems

Candidates must be eligible to work and reside in the UK, any European country (Germany, Ireland, France, Austria, Poland, etc.), US, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Philippines, Sweden, Denmark, or Russia, and hold a valid driving license for their country of residence.
