Job Description:

We're looking for a End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer to join our EUC Platform Operations team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with the potential to go permanent. You will provide technical end-user support for products within Group Core Technology and Operations, and identify and analyze trends to maintain and improve a stable and secure platform.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week from our London office.

Who you'll work with:

You will be part of the 'Group Core Technology & Operations' department, serving customers by managing technology for stability, performance, and value. Within this, you'll join the EUC Platform Operations team, working with support engineers, support lead, risk lead, release manager, and others. The team focuses on continuous improvement, identifying trends and root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence.

What you'll do:

  • Provide daily technical support to end-users for all EUC products and services, remotely and face-to-face.
  • Respond quickly to alerts and resolve incidents within SLA, providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify common themes and root causes of incidents to prevent re-occurrence through re-engineering, configuration, or user education.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting efficiency and automation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for major incidents.
  • Collaborate with security and service management teams.

What we look for:

  • Experience with EUC products/services like Cloud desktop, Microsoft365, Microsoft InTune, Teams, MFA, Active Directory.
  • Experience with iOS, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM is advantageous.
  • Operational experience diagnosing and fixing issues.
  • Ability to communicate technical info clearly to non-technical users.
  • Focus and drive to complete tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset and knowledge sharing.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices, especially Change, Problem, Incident, Asset, and Configuration Management.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
