What does a successful Senior Product Manager - EMEA CNP Payments do?

As a successful Senior Product Manager for Card Not Present (CNP) Payments in the EMEA region at Fiserv, you will lead the strategic growth and development of our e-commerce payment solutions tailored for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets. You will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of Fiserv's presence in the region and impacting millions of merchants through innovative payment solutions.

What you will do:

• Stay informed about payment industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings in the EMEA region.
• Identify opportunities for new CNP products and features to meet the unique needs of merchants and consumers in diverse EMEA markets.
• Adapt and localise CNP products and features deployed in other regions for the EMEA market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the roadmap for CNP products and features in the EMEA region.
• Craft detailed requirements and user stories for CNP products and features, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy.
• Support partners utilising Fiserv's ecommerce APIs and SDKs to build vertical solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for local Fiserv sales channels on product capabilities and value proposition.
• Analyse merchant and developer feedback to drive continuous improvement of CNP products and enhance user experience.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within the payment industry, focusing on the EMEA region.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce payment rules, regulatory requirements, and industry standards within EMEA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data and market insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different regions and levels.
• Experience working with web and mobile SDK APIs, and collaborating with developers.
• Strong individual contributor with the ability to manage workload effectively and drive impactful business outcomes.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
