Procurement Consultant / Procurement Manager | £320 - 350 /day (Outside IR35) | Tech4Good | Southeast England

A talented Procurement Consultant / Procurement Manager is needed by a PE-backed Tech4Good company that provides wearable tech & tablet-based solutions to the care sector. These solutions are designed to help aging individuals maintain independence while ensuring help is always accessible.

The Procurement Consultant / Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management of components needed for IoT medical devices, ensuring cost-effective and compliant procurement of goods and services.

Location: Home Based in Southeast England (with travel to offices in South of England & East Anglia)

As Procurement Consultant / Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, including RFQs, contract negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.
2. Sourcing reliable vendors for telecare products (e.g., wearable monitors, emergency response devices), hardware, software platforms, and related services at large scale and high volume.
3. Analyzing market trends, conducting cost analyses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
4. Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, IT, Legal, and Operations to define technical specifications and procurement needs.

Candidates should have strong experience in procurement, ideally in electronics, IoT, HeathTech, or similar fields, including knowledge of quality and compliance standards. Proficiency with procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) is required.
