Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 8+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £70,000+ (DOE) - Are you a senior solicitor with a strong background in corporate and commercial law looking for a new challenge in your career? JOB REF:9758.

THE ROLE:

1. This is a senior-level opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 8 years' experience managing a broad caseload of company commercial work.
2. You’ll advise a wide range of clients – from sole traders and partnerships to directors and shareholders on a variety of business matters.
3. Your responsibilities will include managing a varied caseload of matters such as company sales, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructures and reconstructions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (supply, service, franchise, shareholder agreements, and more).
4. You’ll also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, and regulatory standards, as well as contributing to the overall leadership of the department.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. A qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
2. Strong experience managing a diverse caseload including business sales, acquisitions, restructures, and contracts.
3. Excellent client care and communication skills.
