Bield Housing & Care is seeking an exceptional individual to join our senior leadership team as Head of Housing & Communities. This is a critical and high-impact role with strategic responsibility for delivering high-quality independent living, supported housing, and care-at-home services across 21 local authority areas.

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader who can set bold strategic direction, drive innovation, and lead transformational change. You’ll play a key role in shaping policy, influencing national agendas, and ensuring that our services not only meet regulatory standards but set new benchmarks for excellence.

You’ll also be responsible for cultivating a high-performing, motivated team—empowering colleagues to deliver outstanding, person-centred outcomes that allow over 6,000 people to live with dignity, independence, and choice in their own homes.

In This Role, You’ll

1. Lead service strategy and innovation across housing, supported living, and care-at-home
2. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
3. Champion digital transformation and community empowerment
4. Build and sustain strategic partnerships across sectors
5. Ensure compliance with housing and care regulations while delivering on our charitable mission
