A leading company in Bristol is seeking an experienced accountant for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in month-end production and familiarity with large ERP systems.

Robert Half have exclusively partnered with a long-standing client based in Bristol to recruit an experienced accountant for a 12 month FTC.

This role has been created to cover maternity leave and is an incredible opportunity to join an organisation going through a recent restructure and exciting period of change.

• Salary range: Competitive (To be discussed based on experience/suitability for the role)
• Duration: 12 months and 8 month FTC's
• Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 remote
• Start date: ASAP
  
  

You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage end-to-end RTR integration and month-end reporting for new acquisitions overseas.
• Partner with local finance, Group Finance, GBS, and outsourcer to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with global policies and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of RTR processes.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met for newly acquired businesses.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
• Provide guidance on balance sheet management and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Preferably Qualified but could consider QBE.
• Minimum 3+ years in a month end production role.
• Previous large ERP system experience.
