Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and collaborative Corporate Commercial lawyer with around 4-6 years PQE to join the UK-based legal team of a leading global manufacturer and distributor of equipment and technologies. This organization is innovative and sustainability-focused, offering a wide range of renowned agricultural machinery brands and digital solutions to improve productivity and efficiency across the UK and beyond.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior/mid-level lawyer, either from private practice seeking their first in-house role or someone already in-house looking for a new challenge within a small, supportive UK legal team, collaborating with colleagues across a wider European legal department.

You will provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters across the EMEA region, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Managing legal queries from various departments.
• Advising on corporate governance, including M&A transactions, board/shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings.
• Supporting business stakeholders with clear, outcomes-focused advice, balancing legal and commercial risks.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and promoting best practices, including AI integration within the legal team.
• Requirements include a qualified lawyer with 4-6 years PQE in Commercial or Corporate Law, gained in-house or in private practice.
• Strong team player with proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent legal analysis and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for process improvement and innovation in legal practice.
• Some experience in corporate governance.
