Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Manager to join our London team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing complex financial data and credit applications to make informed lending decisions
  • Conducting regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments
  • Collaborating with sales and finance teams to balance credit risk with business growth
  • Negotiating credit terms with high-value clients and managing key relationships
  • Monitoring market trends and economic conditions to adapt credit strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Preparing and presenting credit reports to senior management
  • Implementing and maintaining credit management systems to improve efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in credit management with a successful track record
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit modeling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of credit risk management principles and best practices
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance
  • Ability to make decisive, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
