About the Role

As a Security Operations Analyst, you will manage security operations, handle incidents, and improve our security posture. You will be the expert in security risk assessment, monitoring, compliance, and performance reporting, ensuring our IT systems and business operations are secure, compliant, and efficient.

You will collaborate with IT and CRH Group Security teams, influence risk management strategies, maintain key SOx controls, and contribute to external standards such as ISO27001. This role requires both strategic thinking and a proactive incident management approach.

What you'll be doing

• Lead daily security operations and incident response
• Provide security guidance during IT project lifecycles
• Promote security awareness across the business
• Conduct risk assessments and security drills
• Create and maintain security policies and procedures
• Report on security performance and metrics to senior management
• Ensure compliance with audits, regulations, and internal controls
• Monitor adherence to security policies among staff and third parties
• Participate in tool evaluations and control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001)

Experience & Qualifications
