ETRM Business Analyst | Power | £800/Day OUTside IR35 | Energy Trading – 6 months rolling | Hybrid
Business Analyst SME in the Power trading space is needed for a commodities & energy trading firm, covering both physical & derivative trading. With their continued growth and onboarding new products, in line with new regulatory changes, they need an ETRM SME Business analyst to work on project lifecycle covering business requirements analysis, functional specification of changes, testing as required, and support of UAT.
As a Power Business Analyst, you will leverage your deep knowledge of the European power market, experience with ETRMs, middle- and back-office systems, and processes to ensure the successful delivery of business and technology changes. Strong BA skills are also essential in this area, as well as mapping requirements in an Azure DevOps board with enough detail for developers.
You will perform testing to ensure the functionality of new systems and collaborate with Program Managers and stakeholders to align business needs with project goals. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and system performance enhancements.
This role can pay up to £800/Day OUTSIDE IR35
It requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in London.
Key qualifications include demonstrable knowledge of traded derivative products for ETD and OTC, proficiency with Azure DevOps and ETRM.
The responsibilities include working closely with business and IT, gathering and understanding requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology changes. The full lifecycle involves eliciting requirements from stakeholders and IT.
