We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to contribute to the Apps and Automation service, implementing valuable solutions for our customers. You will work closely with the development team and Product Owner to understand customer needs, prioritize user stories, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements efficiently.

• Stakeholder management to understand and represent the product vision and priorities.
• Bridging the gap between technical and business teams, guiding stakeholders through the agile process.
• Refining requirements into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Supporting testing cycles and collating feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements include practical experience with agile projects, familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence, and supporting testing cycles. Essential qualification: an Agile BA qualification such as the BCS Certificate in Agile Business Analysis.
