Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers the chance to work with a company delivering services to public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

If you have the following experience, we want to hear from you:

• Assisting with equipment installation using current contract manuals and procedures, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for repetitive incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to resolve them efficiently.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and working on network infrastructure or PC products.
