Overview:

1. An experienced and well-rounded Residential Property Lawyer is highly sought after to join the busy residential property team of this leading regional practice.
2. Covering the whole conveyancing process from start to finish, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will handle a wide range of transactions.
3. The expert residential property department covers all types of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments, and sales and purchases.
4. Ideal Residential Conveyancers will have at least 2 years PQE handling their own caseload for diverse clients.
5. You will possess excellent drafting and technical skills and have enthusiasm for business development and networking activities.
6. This position suits an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a new challenge and career progression within a forward-thinking practice.
7. Salary will depend on experience, approximately £50,000 - £60,000, with working hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
