What you'll do

We are currently looking to recruit both full and part-time ESOL lecturers at the Adams campus starting in September 2025. We are a large team of experienced practitioners and deliver from Pre-Entry to level 2 ESOL as well as GCSE Maths and English to both 16–19-year-old full-time students and part-time adults.

The role will include teaching a variety of skills and levels, tracking and monitoring student performance, setting student targets and marking student course work and exams

Who we're looking for

The successful candidates will:

Have a strong background in teaching ESOL across a range of levels and age groups.
Be able to work on own initiative with limited supervision and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Hold a recognised level 5 teaching qualification.
Be passionate about making a positive difference to our students.
In the role you will be supported by ESOL managers, ESOL Curriculum Leads and Advanced Practitioners.
