Job Description:

This role involves producing new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning, territory management, prospect research, and field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or verticals.

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  • Oversee client relationship mapping, orchestrate account strategies, and lead virtual teams including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap
  • Identify appropriate support resources to involve in deals at the right time
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or exploring AI's industry impact
  • 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales organizations
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of the broader IT landscape and strategic planning
  • Commitment to a customer success and team-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
