Job description
Salary awarded is based on skills assessment at interview.
This role is available full-time for 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, or part-time with a minimum of 28 hours per week. Flexible or compressed working hours are available.
This role is office-based.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test electronic circuits and printed circuit boards.
- Join a product development team working on hardware products and security solutions.
- Create and maintain electronic hardware for custom security products to meet partner needs.
- Modify existing designs and collaborate on new product designs.
- Receive training and support, including an external training budget and time for innovation and research.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Experience in design and testing of analogue, digital, and microcontroller-based systems.
- Understanding of product and system design and development.
- Relevant work experience or qualifications, equivalent to or a HND in electrical/electronic engineering.
Desirable:
- Further qualifications in electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering, or a relevant Degree (2:2 or higher).
- Experience in electronic schematic capture and PCB design.
- Experience with RF design, EMC, and signal integrity.
- Good understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.

- Design, develop, and document electronic PCB systems.
