Description
We’re looking for an Associate Product Designer who’s excited about creating thoughtful, user centered experiences and is eager to grow within a collaborative team. You’ll be joining a supportive design practice where you’ll contribute to real products that make a meaningful difference to our customers.
You’ll work alongside experienced designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers, supporting the creation of intuitive, delightful experiences. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, motivated to learn, and passionate about putting users first.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Product Designer, you’ll contribute to projects that bring real value to users. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting user-centered design: Assist in creating intuitive and effective design
solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Collaborating with product teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in agile teams to help deliver great experiences.
• Participating in research: Contribute to user research activities—helping gather insights, conduct usability testing, and translate findings into design ideas.
• Designing and iterating: Help develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes with guidance from senior designers.
• Learning design systems: Apply our design language to maintain consistency across products, while learning to contribute to its evolution.
• Engaging in agile practices: Join team ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions to stay aligned and learn how cross-functional teams operate.
• Advocating for users: Support efforts to champion user needs throughout the product development process
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and a good eye for visual design.
• Experience using tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar, with a willingness to deepen your skills.
• Eagerness to learn from others and a proactive attitude towards feedback.
• Comfortable working with others and communicating your ideas clearly.
• A degree (or working towards one) in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Psychology, HCI, or similar field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to SaaS products or the Education sector is great but not required.
