We are looking for a highly skilled FP&AAnalyst to join our dynamic finance team.

The overarching responsibility of the FP&A Analyst is provision of management information for reporting cycles and on an ad-hoc basis. The role will work closely with the BU FP&A managers to ensure consistency across the group and provide timely reporting information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyse, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets.
  • Partner with departments to provide accurate financial data, assumptions, and commentary.
  • Identify key business drivers and work with stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular management reports, presenting financial results, variances, and performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct deep dives into financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data is available for analysis and reporting.
  • Create and improve financial dashboards and reporting templates.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and goals.
  • Offer recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
  • Assist with long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide analysis to support business cases for new investments or operational changes.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling techniques.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in reporting and presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CFA qualification or working towards qualification.
  • Experience in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
  • Prior experience in a similar FP&A role, preferably within a dynamic or fast-paced environment.
